1. About Shehdula ShPK
Shehdula ShPK ("we", "us") is a veterinary pharmaceutical depot registered in Albania. We distribute and market veterinary pharmaceuticals, animal-health products, lab supplies and related solutions to clinics, farms, pharmacies and partners across Albania and Kosovo.
2. Use of the Website
This website is provided for informational and inquiry purposes. Product listings on the public catalogue are representative — exact availability, registration status and pricing are confirmed on a per-request basis through our sales team.
- Do not use the site to scrape, mirror, or republish our content without written permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limits, or other protections.
- Do not submit the contact or newsletter forms with false information or on behalf of someone who has not consented.
3. Product Information
Veterinary medicines and biocides are regulated products. Information on this site is for trade reference only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a licensed veterinarian before administering any product. Products are sold subject to availability and applicable regulations in Albania and Kosovo.
4. Inquiries & Quotes
Submitting the contact form, requesting a product, or sending a WhatsApp message does not create a binding contract. Quotes, lead times and prices are confirmed in writing by our sales team and are valid only for the period stated in that confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, layout, code, logos) is owned by Shehdula ShPK or its licensors. Third-party brand names and packshots remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification of the products we distribute.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate, but we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shehdula ShPK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

1. Rreth Shehdula ShPK
Shehdula ShPK ("ne") është një depo farmaceutike veterinare e regjistruar në Shqipëri. Shpërndajmë dhe tregtojmë produkte farmaceutike veterinare, produkte për shëndetin e kafshëve, furnizime laboratorike dhe zgjidhje të lidhura për klinika, ferma, farmaci dhe partnerë në Shqipëri dhe Kosovë.
2. Përdorimi i Faqes
Kjo faqe është për qëllime informacioni dhe kërkesash. Listimet e produkteve në katalog janë përfaqësuese — disponueshmëria, statusi i regjistrimit dhe çmimi konfirmohen rast pas rasti përmes ekipit tonë të shitjes.
- Mos e përdorni faqen për të kopjuar, pasqyruar ose ribotuar përmbajtjen tonë pa leje me shkrim.
- Mos përpiquni të anashkaloni autentikimin, kufizimet ose mbrojtjet e tjera.
- Mos i dorëzoni formularët me informacion të rremë ose në emër të dikujt që nuk ka pranuar.
3. Informacioni i Produkteve
Barnat veterinare dhe biocidet janë produkte të rregulluara. Informacioni në këtë faqe është vetëm si referencë tregtare dhe nuk përbën këshillë mjekësore. Konsultohuni me një veteriner të licencuar përpara administrimit të çdo produkti. Produktet shiten sipas disponueshmërisë dhe rregulloreve në Shqipëri dhe Kosovë.
4. Kërkesat & Ofertat
Dorëzimi i formularit, kërkesa për produkt apo një mesazh në WhatsApp nuk krijon kontratë detyruese. Çmimet, afatet dhe oferta konfirmohen me shkrim nga ekipi ynë i shitjes dhe janë të vlefshme vetëm për periudhën e cituar në konfirmim.
5. Pronësia Intelektuale
E gjithë përmbajtja e kësaj faqeje (teksti, imazhet, struktura, kodi, logot) është pronë e Shehdula ShPK ose licencuesve të saj. Markat e palëve të treta dhe paketimet e produkteve mbeten pronë e pronarëve të tyre dhe shfaqen për identifikim të produkteve që shpërndajmë.
6. Mohim i Përgjegjësisë
Faqja ofrohet "siç është". Bëjmë maksimumin për të mbajtur informacionin e saktë, por nuk garantojmë që faqja do të jetë gjithmonë e disponueshme apo pa gabime. Në masën maksimale të lejuar nga ligji, Shehdula ShPK nuk është përgjegjëse për humbje indirekte që rrjedhin nga përdorimi i faqes.
7. Privatësia
Privatësia juaj rregullohet nga Politika jonë e Privatësisë. Duke përdorur formularët, ju konfirmoni se e keni lexuar dhe pranuar atë politikë.
8. Ligji i Zbatueshëm
Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Shqipërisë. Mosmarrëveshjet i nënshtrohen juridiksionit të gjykatave kompetente në Shqipëri.
9. Ndryshimet
Ne mund t'i përditësojmë këto kushte herë pas here. Versioni i fundit është ai i publikuar në këtë faqe; ndryshimet thelbësore do të theksohen në fillim të faqes me datën e përditësimit.
